South Asian Geopolitical Wallet for China

South Asia

Md Toriqul Islam

It is true that in course of time the relativity of European idea of geopolitics has been stepped on the brink of well-deck but the emergence of China, as global super power with political acculturation, geopolitical importance in the world politics has been emerged newly. It is also an untold true that with the emersion of a super power around which some satellite states emerged and this super power has to have its hegemonic status need a political wallet there she can keep her regional political liabilities so that she can hold and avoid and grip the world political arena with these tight gripper and for China, especially for south Asian superiority, it’s dire need because in this arena China has an another regional rival, India whose influence china can not avoid at all.

Both politically and for economic market, this region is geopolitically important for China. As example in Bangladesh, Myanmar and Pakistan there has a big electronics market of China even aforementioned countries are mostly dependent on Chinese electronics products but recent market intervention and political posture of Indian government are encountering that position and it is being possible because in this regard a friendly and same minded government is firstly needed and India is somewhat succeeded but Chinese controlling over on the government is declining because of recent indifferent attitudes of policy makers. In this regard Bangladesh is an articulated example. It is a myriad true that when Bangladesh National Party (BNP) forms government they adopt policies as pro china and they are known as anti-Indian party but when Bangladesh Awame League (BAL) forms government, their policies seem pro-Indian.

Why I am talking about Bangladesh? Why not Myanmar or Pakistan? For the reason, Bangladesh itself is in a strategic position in terms of south Asian geopolitics, in the sense, it has wide excess to ocean through Bay of Bengal and she has to be in accordance with any world super power or at least regional super power because, as a developing and as export oriented country, she has no way to escape this spill over effects of world politics indeed.

To make true world hegemony and regional superiority China need both bossy postures through which she can maintain both political waves. It is true that China is facing various rivalries with Japan and United States; it is obvious for such an emerging super power but at this moment to comply with regional superiority is more important for China. If China fails to keep this superiority, it will be very tough to hold at least win-win situation in this region’s geopolitics.

It is the age of geopolitics defeating classical approach and beyond the scientific approach marched to new world socio approach, there is not only important the economics but also ‘economism’ is emphasized as semblance, where politics and power acculturation are important too.

Indian foreign policy’s one of the major aspect is six-fold policy there is believed that ‘Enemy’s enemy is my friend’ and neighbor country is treated always as enemy, in this perspective Bangladesh, Pakistan and all of neighbor countries including China are theoretically enemy of India. So, in this way, it is a great invisible bond between china and Indian’s neighbors because there has a theoretical chance to make a political curb to grip Indian political agony and it is needed to defeat the ‘Koitilyo Politics’ in this region. It is not only for China for other neighbors, they also need to feel it and it is matter of time we need to wait a little then they will make enemy-enemy allies around India.

Malala: Tribute to the youngest Peace Orchestra

Malala

Md Toriqul Islam

When the world is stuck in wild terror, the children are deprived of rights and honour and the peace is feared to death, then the Norwegian Nobel Committee’s declaration to award a child Nobel Peace Prize is really hilarious as the world hopes again to fight against the malicious force.

Malala Yousafzay is the youngest person to be awarded the globally prestigious prize. Actually, it is not only a prestigious prize itself but also recognition of a dare to stand against evil force, which impedes the progress of a society.

You may say Malala did nothing that’s why she can get such prestigious prize. Okay let me clear. Suppose she did little in practical comparing with other veteran but her sprit, which gave us a little chance to know about such rough society’s stereotypes, that shaken the world you know what I mean.

What credit will you proceed for this? The shake produced curious light in our eyes to unveil the victim’s society and about the rights of its women.

What she did it not at all hindered the progress of the society but impeded the evil force of the society.

Why not we are taking it as an inspirational call to make our girls more righteous.

Man’s activities are nothing if those fail to produce a shake to the world arena. It is the worst knowledge if it cannot make a symphony between the world and his activities.

Here we say media propagation but what they propagated it gave us enough spare to prove and analyse it.

Between Baton and Boon

Md. Toriqul Islam

BANGLADESH-RELIGION-ISLAM-EID

Buses overloaded, trains overcrowded, ferries over taken — these are the common scenario of any religious festival like Eid or Puja but the authorities concerned are inactive or sometimes helpless to take proper measures. So, the hikers, who are die heart to go home and to make boon with kith and kin, every year face a terrible miseries in their homebound trips.

As this year is not at all different showing same scene. A man is trying to sustain holding up a hanger upon his head on a country-bound train Engine deck and by his left hand he is trying to save his toe from baton charge of on-duty station police, a story pictured inside on The Daily Star on 03 October 2014.

It is not a separate picture. Actually it is a picture, which comes up in every big festival time. It comes up with poor-goers.

They are fighting baton charge because they know some sweet embraces, lips and passionate lap are waiting a little ahead of their journey.

Bengali nation is fond of festival, is consisted of festival. But, at the moment, under the hammer of capitalistic economy, the festive nation gets rare breath. So, if they get anytime such longer and easy holiday, the home-goers then take it as supreme chance to enjoy the moment. It is because a capitalist gives you money but takes away your freedom chained you in a money making cage.

The scenario is not just the reflection of that impression it is the deviation of class struggle bestowed on only the class deviated in poor.

But why? But why they do not get an easy and comfortable transportation when the wheels of economy run by their hardworking? Why their miseries seem always misery?

Is the government responsible or the industrialist? The answer may be uncertain or indecisive! Actually, when system falls, all fall. It is all about degradation of system, which might have been controlled by the duo and at the present.
